2. Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Order within 14 days without providing any reason. The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the date on which you received the Goods or the date on which a third party appointed by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.The following Goods cannot be returned:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.
Note: Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.
4. Returning Goods

Important: As our products are digital, you do not need to physically send the products back.
We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in transit during a return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. A refund cannot be issued without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.
5. Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
